Aloha! I’m Shayna Save, a board certified Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Made In Aesthetics. I grew up in Hawaii and received both my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees from the University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa.

I created Made In Aesthetics in 2021 because I saw a need for a med spa that offered a more personalized and unrushed approach to medical aesthetics.

It’s important to me that patients feel comfortable sharing their goals, asking questions, and taking the time to make informed decisions about their treatments.

about

I believe good medical aesthetic care also means knowing when to treat, when to wait, and when to say no. Safety is also a priority in my practice, and I continue to pursue advanced training in areas such as facial ultrasound, injection techniques, and the prevention and management of complications so I can continue to provide the highest level of care to my patients.
My own experiences have also shaped the way I practice. I understand how important it is to have a provider who listens, asks the right questions, and offers honest recommendations, even when the answer isn’t what you expected.

My injecting style is thoughtful and conservative, with a strong emphasis on facial anatomy and balance.

More than anything, I want patients to feel confident in their results while still feeling like themselves.
